Salary: up to £26k p.a. DOE + excellent benefits
To manage, coordinate and oversee the operation of the French Forwarding services, including their bespoke French HQ.
- To lead and manage the team’s daily operation
- To inform and train cusotmers of company procedures
- To train, mentor, coach and develop staff members
- To liaise with international suppliers and clients
- To process enquiries in a timely manner
- To keep to company service level agreement
- To solve any issues and complaints
- To monitor and follow up any payment delays
- To moniter stock and query any anomalies
- To meet KPIs
