*** Full time office based role, working hours: Mon-Thurs 7.30 am – 4pm, Fri
        7.30am – 3pm ***

*** Candidates must be a car owner due to the company’s location, free car
        parking ***


Main duties:
To be in charge of the day to day customer support and to ensure a high standard of customer service on the French and Spanish Market

The Role:
- To deal with customers queries over the phone, by email or by fax
- To liaise with customers product availability and delivery dates
- To process orders and manage administration for the delivery
- To communicate and liaise between the customers, the office and the sales team
  efficiently
- To update the customers details accurately in the system
- To have a good knowledge of the products and promote them to the customers
- To invoice pro-forma invoices and take credit card payments
- To handle customers complaints and resolve the issues in an effective and polite manner
- To assist with administration to other departments when required (sales, procurement,
  logistics, production...)

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (Written and Spoken)
- Spanish language skills would be a bonus for the role
- CAR owner - due to the company’s location (it is difficult to reach by public
  transport)

- Previous experience in Customer Service desirable
- Experiences with manufacturer would be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
