French speaking Customer Service & Translator

Location: Leicester, Leicestershire (Hybrid office 2 days a week / WFH 3 days)
Based at commutable distance from Leicester, Nottingham, Coventry, Derby, Rugby, Corby, Northampton, Loughborough, Tamworth, Melton Mowbray, Burton upon Trent, Kettering, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Warwickshire, M1

Main duties:
To be the main point of contact for French speaking clients and deliver premium customer service at all times
The Role:
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis over the phone, email and website
- To advise customers who have questions about their orders
- To maintain a high level of customer service, resolve issues and ensure interface with other internal departments
- To deal with complaints and escalate to other department
- To Translate content on marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay and Shopify
- To promote the company’s products
- Fluent in French (to mother tongue standard) & English is essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service roles would be beneficial
- Confident telephone manners with excellent communication skills
- Experience as a translator advantageous
- Excellent writing skills and attention to details
- Problem solving and enthusiastic attitude
- Good IT skills and experience with CRM system
