French speaking Customer Service (9 months contract)
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 p.a.

*** Maternity cover – 9 months fixed term contract ***


Main duties:
To be responsible for Order processing and deliver excellent Customer Service and Sales Support


The Role:
- To deal with incoming enquiries on the daily basis over the phone and email
- To deal with the sales process from initial enquiry to order placement into CRM system
- To deal with complaints, invoice queries and manage customer returns
- To coordinate with warehouses for stock movements
- To ensure customers receive high standard of service
- To promote the company’s products

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French & English (written and spoken)
- Other language skills would be a bonus (German or Dutch)
- Previous experience in Export Sales Administration, Logistics or Purchasing would be
   advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to details
- Confident telephone manners with excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills and experience with CRM system
- Ideally car owner - due to the location (Dudley area)

£22,000 - £25,000 p.a.
