Main Duties:
To provide excellent Customer Service and After Sales support on the French and Benelux Market

The Role:
- To handle Customers enquiries on a daily basis (phone, email)
- To maintain high level of customer service at all time
- To be in regular contact with both Consumers and Retailers
- To liaise with all departments within the company to answer accordingly to the enquiry
- To handle contract queries, after sales enquiries, complaints, products, returns, shipping issues,
- To maintain the customers' database up to date
- To support internal departments
- To work closely with the Country Sales Manager (Customer meeting and promotional activities)

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French (Written & Spoken) – ESSENTIAL
- Additional fluency in Dutch is desirable
- Previous experience in Customer Service/Sales Administration
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint…)
