Main duties:
To be the main point of contact and liaison with our European customer service department

The Role:
- To advise & support customers enquiries
- To receive customer enquiries & orders via telephone and email
- To process orders and follow it through to delivery
- To liaise with internal, external departments & clients
- To coordinate the delivery of each contract between clients and internal departments
- To support in the resolution of customer complaints
- To ensure customers receive high standard of service





Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (Written & spoken) is essential
- Fluent in French (Written & spoken) is essential
- Excellent communication skills / confident telephone manners
- Previous experience in customer service environment is an advantage

Salary:
