French Speaking Customer Service Administrator
Salary: up to £24,000 pa

Main duties:
To deliver an outstanding Customer Service at all time to the clients.


The Role:
- Point of contact for your French Speaking Customers
- To process enquires, orders and quotations
- To coordinate with various departments within the company
- To provide customers with detailed information about services & products
- To keep a positive and professional attitude with the Customers

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English & French (Written & Spoken)
- Customer service experience would be desirable 
- Organised and efficient
- High attention to detail
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Able to multitask 
- Strong IT skills

Up to £24,000 pa
