French speaking Customer Service Administrator
Salary: up to £25,000 + benefits
Location: Worthing, West Sussex

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service to their European clients


The role:
- Supporting all functions of the export sales and marketing team
- Managing the order from receipt to invoice payment
- Commercially aware in order to recognise sales opportunities
- Coordinate and organise marketing activities
- Gain an understanding of all company products in order to assist with customers request or queries- Training will be provided

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French (Written and spoken to mother tongue standard) essential
- Good Customer Service skills
- Able to prioritise workload
- Organized and proactive person with strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic personality
- Good computer skills

Salary

Up to £25,000pa + Pension, life insurance and health care package, 25 days holiday
