French Speaking Customer Service Adviser
Salary: Up to £22,000 depending on experience
Location: Tyne and Wear
Ref: 290F

Main duties:
To manage the day-to-day operations in the customer service department


The Role:
To manage customers queries over the phone and emails
To report to the Customer Service Manager
To process customer’s orders on daily basis
Translation & general administration duties

Candidate's Profile

Fluent in English and French(written and spoken)
Previous Customer Service Experience is an advantage
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Computer literate

Salary

Up to £22,000 pa depending on experience
