French speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: up to £24,500 per annum plus bonus

Main duties: Providing an outstanding level of customer service as well as product advise in order to generate sales

The role:
– Answer calls and emails from the French and UK client base
– Provide product details and process orders
– Generate sales and provide after sales care
– Administration tasks as needed for the role
– Work closely with internal teams ensuring good business practice

– Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
– Experience in a customer service or call centre environment beneficial
– Excellent communication skills
– Outstanding attention to detail
– Dynamic, confident and proactive
