Main duties:
To ensure the highest standard of Customer Support to clients within Southern Europe.

The Role:
- To provide an excellent level of Customer Services at all times.
- To deal with enquiries.
- To process orders and payments and ensure on-time delivery.
- To liaise with other departments regarding product availability / delivery / returns.
- To make the business growth by an outstanding Customer Service.
- To know about the range of products of the company.


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a customer services environment is highly
  advantageous

- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
- Customer service orientated
- IT literate
- Highly organised and able to priorities tasks
