Main Duties:
To provide administrative support to the Operations team as required

The Role:
Processing all orders in the company's system
Daily contacts with Customers (email, phone calls)
Handle general administration work (queries, delivery, contracts)
Being the first point of contact to European clients
Booking technicians appointments
Supporting clients on basic account issues
General administration duties



Candidate's Profile:

Fluent in English + French (Written & spoken)
Fluency in a second European language would be a real bonus
Willing to learn & gain experience
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive & dynamic
Computer literate (excel / outlook…)
