French Speaking Customer Service Assistant (Hybrid working)
Location: Plymouth, Devon (hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £26,000 + Benefits DOE

Main duties:
To provide excellent service to a range of clients, both individual and organizations, identifying opportunities to improve working practices.


The Role:
- To manage phone calls & emails to respond to customer queries
- To establish good relationships with customers
- To manage the timescales for holding dates and availability.
- To receive and process information requests.
- To produce client invoices in accordance to contractual agreements.
- To deal with day-to-day problems and find solutions.
- To build successful relationships with clients.
- To identify potential business opportunities.

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French & English (oral / written)
- Varied experience of administrative processes
- Competent with Microsoft Office Package
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Proven ability to plan and organise effectively
- Experience in a B2B environment
- Able to engage effectively with employees, clients and suppliers at all levels

Salary

Up to £26,000 + Benefits DOE
