Salary: up to £22,000 p.a. + Bonus

Main duties:
To provide exceptional customer service.

The Role:
- To advise customers on the company’s products and services
- To learn the company products and services and keep up to date with changes
- To manage and handle customer enquiries or complaints in a timely manner
- To liaise with freight companies
- To process orders in the system and maintain up to date records
- To prepare all necessary documentation and distribute accordingly
- To support the marketing team with translations

- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
- Knowledge of Spanish is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service is desirable
- Strong mathematical skills and excellent communication skills
- Creative problem solving ability and excellent organisational skills
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate
