*** Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm ***


Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service.


The Role:
- To maintain and develop good working relationships with customers
- To respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- To provide administrative support
- To process orders and online payments accurately
- To liaise with other internal departments to ensure smooth running of the business

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French to Business standard (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in customer service - Desirable
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Access)

Circa £23,000 p.a. Depending on experience
