French speaking Customer Service Associate
Salary: circa £25,000 p.a.
Location: East Sussex
Ref: 8123FCS

*** Fully office based ***

*** Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00 ***

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and support with export administration.

The Role:
- To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- To process orders and follow up to ensure status is updated regularly
- To manage and resolve any delays with deliveries including export documentation
- To update stock availability and lead times to ensure accurate delivery estimation
- To assist with quotations using price lists provided
- To liaise with shipping companies for competitive export prices
- To escalate high-value enquiries as necessary

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in B2B customer service and/or export - Desirable
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate
