French Speaking Customer Service Coordinator

Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day customer care, supporting the UK & French markets.

The Role:
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email, phone or website enquiries
- To process and follow up orders
- To develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients
- To deal with invoicing and credit note processing
- To manage stock levels and deal with suppliers' orders
- To investigate and resolve any complaints or issues
- To process merchandise return in accordance with the company policy
- To support the team with ad-hoc duties as required

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English & French to mother tongue standard is ESSENTIAL (Written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a multicultural team as well as to take initiatives
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality with a good sense of humour
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)

Salary:

Up to £30,000 pa (Depending on experience) + Benefits
