Main Duties:
To deal with the day to day Customer Service & Sales administration

The Role:
- To deliver excellent Customer Service at all times
- To provide Customer support to new and existing customers
- To resolve technical issues relating to the company’s products
- To handle complaints and all related activities
- To manage and process orders versus forecast for demand plan
- To provide comprehensive responses related to stock, pricing, delivery etc.
- To keep accurate records and data input
- To follow up on sample requests directly with customers
- To liaise with other internal departments

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French & English (oral / written)
- Previous Customer Service/Sales administration (B2B)
- Manufacturing background would be a strong advantage
- Proficient in SAP / Sales force and other CRM tools
- Problem Solver / excellent communications Skills
- Proactive & adaptable to work under pressure
- Strong IT skills familiar to digital environment

Salary:

Up to £30,0000 p.a + Bonus
