***Fixed Term Contract: 4 Months, With potential for permanent position***

Main duties:
To provide exceptional Customer Service

The Role:
•    To work closely with Customer Service department
•    To overtake office administration al duties (answering phones, food ordering,
      greeting Visitors)
•    To organise samples for the Clients when required
•    To be raising quotes/ purchase orders / invoices via company’s system
•    To set up new customer accounts and manage existing ones by liaising with
     customers by phone and email on a daily basis, including returns and chasing overdue
     debt with customers
•    To monitor stock levels, including administration and data entry
•    To liaise with manufacturing Team
•    To register, deal and respond to all customer complaints – update complaint log and
      complete complaint form which is sent to Manufacturing
•    Obtain freight quotes for both customer quotes and orders.
•    Scanning and sending documents

Candidate's Profile:

•    Fluent French and English (written and spoken)
•    Good level of the Microsoft office application, particularly Excel and Word  
•    Professional telephone manner
•    Proactive with ability to work under a minimum supervision, multitask and work within
      a busy environment.
•    Excellent customer service skills
•    Self-motivated and committed
•    Well organised and flexible with attention to details

Salary:

£24,000 pa
