Main duties:
To provide a high standard of customer service to new and existing clients while supporting the team internally with daily tasks.  

The Role:
- To be the 1st of point of contact for French speaking clients and sales team
- To create and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients
- To create and maintain information on the company database
- To check all of the relevant information credit, delivery details, price, quantity, etc...) and process orders
- To ensure that all customers enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
- To coordinate with and support other departments
- To issue reports as and when needed for management, clients and the team
- To work as part of a team and autonomously at times


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent communicator / confident telephone manners with an enthusiastic attitude
- Highly organised and able to priorities and work to deadlines
- Able to work within a team as well as on your own
- Ability to engage in long term business projects
- IT literate (customer’s database)
