French speaking Customer Service Executive

Main duties:
To be responsible for providing the highest customer service to a French speaking customer base.

The Role:
- To report directly to the Customer Service Team Manager
- To process orders using the internal systems
- To answer customer queries regarding their orders and process potential
  changes

- To solve any order-related issues
- To answer various customer queries through inbound calls and provide the
  highest customer service to both internal and external customers

- To assist the customer service’s departmental team
- To assure system maintenance
- To make some outbound calls to customers

Start date: As soon as possible
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.00am - 4.30pm

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Written and oral French language to mother tongue level
- Previous Customer Service experience in a telephone environment
- Excellent telephone manners with strong confidence
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Good administrative and PC skills (SAP a plus)

Salary:

£18,000-£19,000 p.a (Pro Rata) - 9 months contract (Maternity Cover)  - Could lead to Permanent employment
