Salary: up to £23,000 pa + Benefits

Main duties:
Part of a multilingual team, you will be responsible for the day to day customer care and support

The Role:
- To be the first point of contact for all clients enquiries coming via telephone, emails and live chat
- To process orders and action them in an efficient manner
- To create new accounts and process documentation as required
- To ensure customers are kept informed at all times
- To provide an outstanding customer service experience at all times
- To establish effective working relationships with all key stakeholders


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French and English (Written & Spoken) is essential
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent communicator with good problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- A team player with a dynamic personality

Salary:
