French speaking Customer Service Executive
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 pa depending on experience
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
At commutable distance from Stroud, Bristol, Cheltenham, Stonehouse, Worcester

*** Hybrid working pattern, 2 days in the office 3 days working from home ***


Main duties:
To manage the day-to-day operations in the customer service department


The Role:
To manage customers queries over the phone and emails
To report to the Customer Service Manager
To process customer’s orders on daily basis
Translation & general administration duties


 

Candidate's Profile

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of German would be beneficial
Previous Customer Service Experience is an advantage
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Computer literate

£22,000 - £24,000 pa depending on experience
