Salary: up to £24,000pa Depending On Experience + benefits

Main Purposes of role:
To provide excellent customer service to their European clients

The main duties include:
- To handle customer enquiries by phone or email in English or French
- To create quotes, progress and track orders to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained
- To develop business relationship with new and existing clients
- To contribute to the development of Sales by using upselling techniques
- To update the database with accurate information
- To support all functions of the export sales and marketing team
- To coordinate and organise marketing activities
- To gain an understanding of all company products in order to assist with customers request
   or queries - Training will be provided


 

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (Written & Spoken)
- Previous commercial experience within Customer service, Sales Coordination or Account Management
- Technical knowledge or previous technical experience will be an asset
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Business acumen
- Well organised with a structured approach to work
- Commercially aware in order to recognise sales opportunities
