Responsibilities

French speaking Customer Service Support (Part Time)
Salary: Up to £21,000pa pro rata (24 days of holidays- pro rata, hybrid working pattern, annual profit share)
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
At commutable distance from: Long Eaton, Derby, Castle Donington, Clifton, Loughborough, Leicester, Burton upon Trent, Mansfield, Melton Mowbray

Main duties:
First point of contact for customers, delivering a high customer experience to gain new business, maintain current business and support the continuous growth of the business.


The Role:
- To create and maintain a strong relationship with clients
- To process customers’ orders
- To ensure that all customers enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
- To work as part of a team and autonomously at times

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French and English
- German, Spanish or Italian language skills would be an advantage
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literate

Salary
