French speaking Customer Service Support
Salary: £24,000

Main duties:
First point of contact for customers, delivering a high customer experience to gain new business, maintain current business and support the continuous growth of the business.


The Role:
- To create and maintain a strong relationship with clients
- To create and maintain information on the company database.
- To process customers’ orders
- To ensure that all customers enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
- To coordinate with and support other departments
- To work as part of a team and autonomously at times

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service/Sales Administration
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (excel/MS Office…)

£24,000 pa
