Salary: up to £40K OTE

Main duties:
Your role will be to provide coordination and administrative support to the Customer Service and Sales administration team

The role:
•    To ensure the execution of the orders and sales operations
•    To answer and manage the customer supply issues
•    To develop relationship with subjects of interest, stakeholders, new customer accounts
•    To organise and coordinate the Customer Relationships Team, provide daily support and motivate
•    To make sure of delivering the SC KPIs  
•    To provide an end to end administrative and customer services support

Candidate's Profile:

•    Experience in managing people
•    Experience in Export Management role – DESIRABLE
•    High level of time management and personal organisation
•    Strong customer service skills with excellent communication competencies
•    Proactive, positive and have the ability to work autonomously
•    Capable of working to procedures and processes
•    Work well under pressure

Salary:

up to £40K OTE
