Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum

Main duties:
To provide an excellent customer support for French clients

The Role:
- To respond to Customers enquiries on a daily basis from French clients
- To provide a high standard of customer support
- To resolve issues over the phone and by emails
- To translate documentation in French and English
- To proceed to the orders and maintain a good administration
- To assist clients by giving advice on their needs
- To maintain and develop great customer relationships
- To maintain an accurate database
- To support and report to the sales team


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Additional language such as German or Spanish (desirable)
- Strong capacity to communicate and maintain good relationship with clients
- Good telephone manner
- Organisation Skills
- Ability to generate a deep understanding of clients needs
- Active listener and client oriented
- Previous experience in customer service or telesales

Salary:

Up to £24,000 pa DOE + benefits
