*** This role will be Home Based while social distancing measures are in place ***

Main duties:
To assist customers via live chat & social media + email & phone.

The Role:
- Improving customer experience by using Social media to deal with queries & issues
- Providing key advice to customers on their purchases
- Solving issues raised by customers / Enquiring on stock and delivery issues
- Liaising with suppliers on some late order amendments
- Suggesting improvements to the business by listening to customers
- Improving the level of customer experience by getting involved in business projects
- Valuing the customer experience within ecommerce environment

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French & English (written & oral)
- Self-motivation and discipline (work from home)
- Empathy and emotional intelligence
- Enthusiasm and optimistic attitude
- A people person / Problem solver
- Good Communication & computer skills

Salary:

Up to £20,000 p.a. DOE
