French speaking Customer Support Administrator
Salary: Up to £25,000 p.a.
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester

Main duties:
To be the first point of contact for customers and delivering the highest standard customer experience.

The Role:
- To create and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers
- To check all of the relevant information and process orders
- To provide quotations and pro forma invoices
- To maintain information on the company database
- To support the business across all departments
- To create product spreadsheets
- To resolve product or service problems
- To promote sales via phone and emails
- To occasionally attend international trade shows

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or export support within Manufacturing company or B2B
- Fluent in Spanish - would be beneficial
- IT literate (MS Excel knowledge is essential)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
