Salary: £17K -£18K pa + Shift allowance + Benefits

*** 2 shift rota: 1st week 7.00am – 3.30pm  2nd week 10.00am – 6.30pm ***

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and support services to internal and external customers

The Role:
- to provide high quality of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- to ensure resolution of queries and dealing with customer complaints
- to assure understanding of customer’s expectations, interacting with Sales
- to enter the orders in the System
- to utilise internal tracking systems, daily reports
- to process enquiries and orders promptly and accurately
- to provide quotation and follow up on enquiries
- to visit customers on a period basic to accompany and support sales



Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service - Desirable
- An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
- Good attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills with good organisation skills
- Team player, confident, proactive and dynamic
- Computer literate
