Main Duties:
Assising Sales Director by providing support and customer service clients

The Role:
- To support maintain and develop the business customers
- To proceed to the orders, ensure the quality of the deliveries
- To make sure the database is accurate
- To provide suggestions and advice to customers
- To create and maintain a good relationship with customers
- To be able to solve problems and issues and provide accurate reports
- To support the sales team


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French to mother tongue standard - Fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A confident and articulate telephone manner
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Customer driven with the ability to show genuine empathy
- Be able to take initiative
- Team player and proactive
