French speaking Trade Show Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
Location: Twickenham, London
At commuting distance from Feltham, Teddington, Hounslow, Richmond, Kingston upon Thames, Putney, Fulham, Hammersmith, Egham, Virginia Water, Ealing, Hanwell, Sunbury-on-Thames, Clapham Junction

Main Duties:
To be in charge of daily operations of the team

The Role:
- Taking an ownership of planning and organising events
- Create concepts and themes as well as onsite support
- Managing communication with venues and suppliers
- Working closely with other departments like marketing and sales
- Delivering best possible service to the clients
- Forecasting and monitoring budgets
- Reporting directly to Head of Operations

- Fluent in French (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in trde shaws and exhibitions sector
- Experience in an operational role
- Confident in working with deadlines and under a pressure
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Proactive, dynamic and motivated
- Accurate with great attention to detail
- Great people skills and enjoy working at part of a team
- Highly proficient at using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
