Responsibilities

French Speaking Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Central London
Salary: £40,000 pa and up, depending on experience (negotiable)
Ref: 417FE


***Hybrid System: 3 days office, 2 days home based*


Main duties:
Report to and assist the company heads with correspondence, appointments and various other administrative tasks within the company.


The Role:
- Responsible for the communication between the company leaders and staff often being the first point of contact
- Organising diaries for meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Project management and ensuring deadlines are met
- Dealing with correspondence via phone and email
- Administrative duties including managing reports / documentation, implementing and managing company procedures
- Arrangement of events and conferences
- Management of invoices / expenses

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English and French (Written & spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised with high attention to detail with ability to multi task
- Flexible and adaptable to take on additional tasks
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- IT literate

Salary

£40,000 pa and up depending on experience (negotiable)
