Responsibilities:

French speaking Export Administrator
Administrator, Internal Sales, Coordinator, Export, Export Sales,  SLA’S, Customer Service, Customer Care, Customer Advisor, B2B, Order processing, Quotations, Negotiations, Documentation, Logistics.
Salary:  Up to £24,500 pa + Benefits
Location: Hampshire

Main duties:
To provide support to the French Office, co-ordinate, and facilitate communication of export admin activity across the group.

The Role:
- To support and coordinate the export administration
- To manage the day to day enquiries, pre order, orders and proformas
- To process quotations and estimate cost, and organise dispatch where applicable
- To liaise with carriers, get quotations, book, and organise dispatch /collection where applicable
- To monitor orders progress from receipt of purchase orders through to delivery
- To liaise regularly between customers and internal departments as required
- To provide support for the field sales team (Reports, documentation etc…)
- To ensure service levels and customer service standards are maintained to the highest level


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (Written and spoken) – Essential
- Experience in a similar role advantageous
- Export knowledge preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with confident telephone manners
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Ability to work from 7.45am

Salary:

Up to £24,500 pa + Benefits
