French Speaking Export Coordinator

Salary: up to £22,000 pa depending on experience
Location: Bristol, Avon
Easily commutable by car from Chew Magna, Redhill, Butcombe, Winford, Bristol Airport, Dundry, Bishop Sutton via A368 or B3130 or B3114 or A38.

Main Duties:
To manage customer orders and queries especially for French Speaking Clients.


The Role:
- Managing daily contacts with Customers, order processing & product/sample delivery
- Following up with the sales enquieries
- Liaising with suppliers and couriers to follow up the deliveries
- Providing customers with quotations
- Supporting The Customer Service and Sales departments
- Checking stock level
- Attending trade fairs, events and demonstrations
- Reporting to the Managing Director


 

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (Written & spoken)
- Previous Customer Service or Sales Coordination experience 
- Excellent communication & customer focused.
- Excel in building cooperation & excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (excel, outlook, ERP)

Salary:

up to £22,000 pa depending on experience
