French Speaking Export Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 pa depending on experience + great working environment / company benefits
Location: London (office based position)

Main Duties:
To help the Sales team in Europe in the everyday import and export activities.

The Role
- To arrange and monitor deliveries and shipments & process relevant information
- To support sales agents in Europe with their administrative duties
- To liaise with suppliers, clients and subcontractors
- To ensure that customer’ orders and deliveries are carried out in the best manner
- To actively solve delivery issues
- To be present at events and tradeshows to answer customers questions
- To pursuit payments and control invoices
- To be responsible for general office duties

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English & French (written & spoken) - Essential
- Fluency in Spanish would be a great asset
- It is an advantage to have previous experience in import /export and administration
- Good administration and communication skills
- Be enthusiastic, driven and keen to learn
- Good knowledge of Microsoft software and advanced Excel skills
- Possess an acute sense of accuracy (data accuracy and delivery)
- General education or degree educated
- Willing and able to attend Trade shows in UK and Europe


£25,000 pa depending on experience + Bonus and Benefits
