Responsibilities

French speaking Export Sales Administrator (Home Accessories)
Salary: up to £30,000 pa depending on experience
Location: North London *** office based role ***
Ref: 5408F


The Role:
The main role will be to assist with the administration of export orders, including all documentation and liaison with warehouse function, and will include:


- Liaising with export customers and transport companies
- Reporting to Export Manager and Directors
- Dealing with customer stock and order queries
- Processing orders and tracking progress from picking to dispatch
- Preparing necessary documentation including export paperwork
- Assisting with the general office administration
- Assisting with general reception & customer service functions
- Assisting the Directors with specific tasks

Candidate's Profile

- Relationship builder
- Fluency in French is essential
- Strong organisation skills
- Proactive - "can do" type of person
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, …)

Salary

Up to £30,000 pa depending on experience
