Main duties:
To be responsible for the designated accounts as well as identification and development of new accounts.
    
The Role:
- To handle inbound customer service calls and emails
- To maintain and develop strong relationship with new and existing client
- To organise samples & marketing materials to customers.
- To monitor stock for International products with planning department & suppliers.
- To stay up to date with any changes to export documentation
- To assist the Sales Manager and other team members
- To liaise with the Account department


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English & French written and spoken to mother tongue level
- Previous Customer Service or Sales Administration experience is essential
- Team Player
- Degree educated
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, work on own initiative
- Computer literate

Salary:

Up to £25,000 pa DOE
