Main Duties:
To provide Administration and Customer Support

The Role:
- Dealing with customers queries and orders
- Finding most effective and efficient solutions for every delivery
- Answering customer’s calls and emails in professional and polite manner
- Communicating with customers and colleagues in order to process enquiries
- Making sure that all invoices are correct and in line with agreed conditions
- Keeping the company’s databases (CRM) updated by gathering information and data from clients

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French
- Knowledge of Import or Export Sales advantageous
- Telephone manners along with interpersonal & communication skills    
- Computer literate and able to use sales order processing systems
- The ability to make decisions and maintain excellent organisation in the workplace
- Demonstrate a willingness to progress within the company

Salary:
