French Speaking Export Sales Coordinator
Salary: £37,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
Fixed term contract
Location: London – Hybrid

Main duties:
Act as a bilingual (French/English) coordinator between group companies, sales teams, distributors, suppliers, and service providers to support the international supply and distribution of automotive products

The Role:
– Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to manage orders and resolve issues
– Plan and manage international shipments, logistics, export clearance, and insurance
– Prepare and issue all shipping, customs, and dangerous goods documentation accurately and on time
– Manage invoicing, payments, AR/AP accounts, and customer credit limits
– Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory and reporting.
– Help analyse gross profit, P&L, and month/year-end financial results
– Ensure regulatory compliance
– Provide French/English support driving continuous improvement and supporting team activities.

– Fluent in French to a very high standard – Essential
– Previous experience in Exports logistics
– Knowledge of IMCO terms
– Experience within manufacturing environment would be an advantage
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
– Proactive and dynamic personality
– Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
– Able to work under pressure
