Main duties:
To be in charge of the day to day sales coordination and administration within a busy export sales team and to ensure a high standard of customer support (B2B)

The Role:
- Processing orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Liaising with other departments regarding product Availability / Quality / Shipment
- Maintaining Client records / grow the business / hit sales targets
- Producing reports / raising quotations
- Handling customer queries and complaints
- Reporting to the Export Sales Manager
- Visiting new and existing Clients when required (10%)

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French (Written and Spoken)
- Previous experience working in an Export Department
- Working knowledge of SAP would be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of numerical data
- Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in solving problems when required
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Computer literate

Salary:

£25,000 to £35,000 pa (DOE) + Bonus + Pension scheme + Bupa
