French Speaking Export Sales Coordinator

Salary:  between £22,000pa and £25,000pa DOE + Excellent Benefits

Main duties:
To maintain and develop a strong relationship with their clients and to increase sales in the export markets

The Role:
- To provide Export Sales Support
- To deal with enquiries (orders, invoice, product, prices)
- To maintain an accurate record of product information & pricing
- To provide an excellent level of Customer Service at all time
- To manage orders (e-design orders)
- To assist and support the sales team for the trade shows
- To deal with Export documentation
- To liaise with other departments to ensure timely shipments to customers
- To travel occasionally for exhibitions
- To liaise with Export Managers
- To assist the Marketing department (related to export tasks)
- To help and support develop the Export markets


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French to mother tongue standard essential (both written and spoken)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience within Export or Sales Administration
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- High level of commercial awareness
- Computer literate  
- Strongly organised
- Dynamic personality and team player
- IT Literate

Salary:

between £22,000pa and £25,000pa DOE + Excellent Benefits
