The role:
To support the sales process by monitoring customer’s accounts and processing orders

Main Duties:
- To establish and maintain relationships with clients, being the main point of contact for
  French speaking customers
- To process customer purchase orders and shipping documentation required
- To ensure all customer enquiries or requests are dealt efficiently
- To track customer orders from receipt through to delivery
- To maintain excellent procedures and documenting detail
- To communicate internally to ensure smooth processing and completion of orders
- To support the process for all sales orders
 


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French to mother tongue level - essential.
- Previous knowledge of a manufacturing or supply chain environment would be
  advantage but not necessary.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong team player.
- Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Good commercial acumen, organised, attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Salary:

Between £24,000 and £28,000 pa DOE - Free parking onsite - 25 days holiday plus BH - private medical insurance enhanced pension scheme
