French speaking Export Sales Executive (Environmental solutions)
Location: London (West)

Commutable from Richmond, Wembley, Watford, Reading, Guilford, Epsom, Luton, St Albans
Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE

Main duties:
To sell company products to dealers, other stakeholders and in some instances end customers. Europe is the targeted sales area with a particular emphasis on France.


The Role:
- Build good working relationships with new and existing dealers and customers,
   primarily in France
- Expand company's distribution network & manage a network of commercial agents in
   France
- Liaise with marketing to ensure territory specific marketing requirements are met
- Work with post-sales operation team to ensure all clients after sales requirements are
   met
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via
   telephone calls and emails
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential dealers and customers to prospect for
   new business
- Gather market and customer information negotiate the terms of an agreement and
   close sales
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Be willing to travel to France when required (up to 8 weeks in total)

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English & French (both written and spoken)
- Background selling machinery into the agricultural, municipal or landscape sectors
- Additional European language will be advantageous
- A dynamic personality and a team player
- Ability and desire to sell and work to monthly and quarterly deadlines
- A positive, confident and determined approach
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Capability to flourish in a competitive environment
- A good level of numeracy
- Full driving licence

Salary

Up to £40K base pa + £20K on target commission
