French speaking Franchise Development Executive
Location: Lichfield
Hybrid working available
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience

Main duties:
To manage the recruitment and onboarding of franchisee partners and provide support throughout the process.

The Role:
– To manage recruitment of new franchise investors; to assist with lead generation, make first contact with potential candidates and assess suitability
– To support franchisees with the start-up process; to help organise loan agreements, deposits and contracts
– To ensure suppliers and new franchisees are able to meet budgets and deadlines
– To manage franchisee contracts; including contract renewals, updates and terminations
– To be the first point of call for franchisees within the allocated territory and respond to queries efficiently
– To monitor sales and revenue reports to ensure business valuations are kept up to date

– Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
– Experience in Business To Business Sales, Recruitment or Project Management – Beneficial
– Quick learner and self-motivated
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– IT literate
