French speaking Inside Sales Coordinator

Salary: up to £23,000 p.a. + Bonus

Main duties:
To develop and manage sales accounts while providing customer support.

The Role:
- To manage existing business accounts and identify new leads
- To communicate with customers by phone and email
- To provide exceptional customer service
- To support the accounts team with credit control
- To expand on business opportunities
- To maintain and update records on the database

 

- Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in sales is desirable
- Excellent telephone communication
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate with knowledge of CRM system
