French speaking Inside Sales Representative
Location: Stoke on Trent
Salary: circa £27,500 per annum plus bonus

Main duties: To manage sales opportunities for new and existing clients.

The Role:
– To manage existing accounts and sales opportunities
– To generate leads and develop new sales opportunities with prospective clients
– To maintain strong customer relations and provide excellent customer service
– To assist with order processing for confirmed orders that have been signed by the client
– To create quotes for clients and communicate changes in product pricing
– To maintain knowledge on stock levels and allocate products to outstanding orders accordingly
– To maintain and update records on the database regarding order information and payment details.

– Fluent in French to business standard (written and spoken) – Essential
– Experience in sales or business to business customer service – Essential
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills and a team player

Circa £27,500 per annum plus bonus
