*** 3 months fixed term contract with immediate start in September 2020 ***

Main duties:
You will be the acting General Manager and cover the operational side of the business.  You will be responsible for improving retention within existing business and for making sure that current client’s projects are running efficiently. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth, as well as leading the team to achieve its targets. You will liaise regularly with the General Manager, particularly on any HR, client or Budget issues.  

The role:

•    To be responsible to take a strategic view of the client relationship to maximise
     business growth
•    Managing pipeline activity and reporting
•    Proactively involving in the pitch process for new business and maintaining existing

For the marketing and PR side of the business, you will work with the team in order to:  
•    Prepare communication and marketing action plans
•    Manage marketing campaigns (including direct marketing, emailing campaigns,
     advertising campaigns, updating the database) in the UK for the relevant Trade shows
•    Negotiate media plans and advertising rates
•    Deal with the Press (organising press trips, press conferences, replying to queries
     from journalists, updating the database)
•    Take part in the general commercial development of the company: events, exhibitions
     and commercial presentations, selling tools
•    Work with the General Manager to achieve targets and report to him/ her regularly on
     your progress.

For the sales side of the business, you will also:  
•    Help the team develop and close leads through sales processes.
•    Help the team to achieve sales targets and ask for regular reporting on sales
•    Make sure that the team owns the sales process inbound lead qualification,
     prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
•    Minute meetings and show visits and supply clients with contact reports regularly  

Candidate's Profile:

•    Fluent in English & French (written & spoken) – ESSENTIAL
•    Proven marketing and PR management experience in the UK – ESSENTIAL
•    Available immediate START for 3 months fixed term contract

•    Degree, preferably in a marketing-related specialism
•    Dynamic, personable and professional individual
•    Outstanding communication & organisational skills
•    Bright, creative and pro active
