French speaking Internal Sales Advisor
Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: up to £27,000 per annum

Main Duties:
You will be responsible for the smooth system upgrade process in Europe by replacing all customers’ old units as they reach obsolescence. minimising customer disruption, maintaining retention targets, and keeping the team leader updated on progress
The Role:
– Verifying booking details with customers and scheduling upgrade appointments
– Recording communications in the company’s CRM system
– Ensuring customers are called back on a timely manner
– Building lasting relationships through great customer service
– Managing daily targets to ensure timely completion of unit replacement
– Coordinating with installers and managing their schedules
– Minimising loss of customers by monitoring the upgrade process closely
– Flagging-up at risk accounts
– Completely fluent in French (Written & spoken)
– Previous experience in Customer service essential
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Strong organisational skills
– Ability to work independently
– Capable of showing empathy and keeping calm when under pressure
